Hello, thanks for stopping by my blog. I am Michael Latimer, I am currently a student at UTSA studying finance; when I am not working on school, I own and operate (do the work) MVL Concrete. I do have another blog for the company mvlconcrete.com/blog, but this blog is not going to be about concrete. This blog I plan on focusing on writing and recuperating about what I have read and learned in a particular day. I hope my viewers will comment and help me understand the new issues that I might have misunderstood in my reading.
Most of the reading I do is about business/finance. Some of my interests are about real estate finance, capital budgeting and planning, real estate law, tax planning, personal finance, and corporate strategy. A lot of the books I read are text books to get the main concepts down, but I also enjoy listening to podcasts about these subject areas as well.
